Ron Caruso is the founder and President of R. H. Caruso & Co., Inc. Established in 1975, the company specializes in middle and senior level executive recruiting and consulting for the financial services sector with a particular focus on the equipment finance industry. Mr. Caruso has personally recruited senior-level executives in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the Far East. His client base includes: Bank Leasing Subsidiaries, Independent Leasing Companies, and Fortune 500 Finance Subsidiaries, as well as Investment Banks and Intermediaries. Mr. Caruso has recruited for established operations seeking to expand as well as start-up operations.

As a compliment to these services, Mr. Caruso also instituted a publishing division for the development and distribution of an industry magazine called The Equipment Financing Journal (EFJ). The EFJ features articles that focus on the trends and developments within the industry on a global basis. Prior to establishing the company, Mr. Caruso held executive positions with major leasing companies within both the U.S. and Canada. His responsibilities have included big ticket lease origination and syndication and director of legal services and documentation. He is also admitted to practice in New York State as both an Attorney and CPA.

Mr. Caruso is a former member of NYSSCPA's Finance and Leasing Companies Committee and he has been the guest speaker at many industry seminars and workshops. He is also the first executive recruiter to be elected to the Board of Directors of the Equipment Leasing Association (ELA). He is a graduate of Fordham College, Fordham Law School and Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
